RETURNS

We accept return requests up to one working week after receipt of your order.

If the order is faulty or incorrect we will set up a return and provide you with a shipping label.

If the order is not faulty or incorrect and you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind and just want to return it, you will need to set up the return and cover the cost.

Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Note we do not accept returns for items after they have been processed in any way that modifies their original condition.

For example, if the item has been cut, sanded, planed or turned, we will not accept a return.

We carefully grade all our items before offering for sale and check them again before despatching.

However, wood is a natural product and in rare instances a fault in a item may be revealed after processing.

We do not accept responsibility for internal faults within items that are in good condition on initial inspection after receipt.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items on an equivalent value basis but you will need to set up the return and cover the cost of the return and the shipping of the new item.
